This ring is quite the statement ring. In the mouth of the lion is an oval natural ruby. Rubies have been revered since ancient times and have many cultural meanings including protection and wealth. 

The ruby measures 4mm x 3mm and weighs an estimated 0.30 cts. The eyes of the lion are two (2) natural diamonds and are estimated to weigh 0.02 cts. All gemstones are natural earth mined gemstones and are original to the ring.

The inside of the shank is marked for metal purity and manufacturers trademark. The shank is stamped "MAMARK 10K" No information has been found about the manufacturer.
