Many medieval Europeans wore rubies to guarantee health, wealth, wisdom, and success in love. It's easy to see why it's associated with wealth and love, as the lush colour is a vibrant red.
This ring is set with eight (8) natural red rubies and each are round in cut and measure approximately 1.5mm each. The total carat weight of the rubies are estimated to weigh 0.25 cts.
In the centre designed as a crossed knot are set four (4) diamonds. The diamonds are estimated to weigh 0.04 cts. All rubies and diamonds are natural earth mined gemstones.
The ring is stamped for metal purity and manufacturers trademark. The ring is stamped: UNS 10K - THAILAND. UNS is the manufacturer's trademark, however I have been unable to uncover any information on them.
The gold is 10K Yellow gold.
