Sapphire and Diamond Filigree Ring

Blue sapphires are widely considered symbols of good luck, wisdom, protection, and prosperity, believed to bring fortune, success, and loyalty, especially in love and career, by warding off evil and negative energy. 

Well this must be your lucky day, as this ring is a stunning beauty. The serine, sumptuous blue sapphire is like a pool of calm in the centre of this ring. The sapphire measures approximately 7mm x 5mm oval in shape and is estimated to weigh 1.0 cts. The blue sapphire is a natural earth mined gemstone.

The ring is further enhanced with an additional two (2) diamonds set above and below of the sapphire. The natural diamonds are estimated to weigh 0.02 cts and add a bit of additional sparkle.

The ring is made out of 14K yellow gold, and it is marked on the inside of the shank for metal purity and manufacturer's trademark. The maker's mark is a diamond shape but I have not found any information on the maker.

The fine details of the filigree work gives that vintage antique look. It is a modern remake of an antique ring, but it is remarkable!
