After the end of the war, jewelry production began to ramp up again without restrictions and in 1947, De Beers ran the infamous ‘a diamond is forever’ campaign. Almost overnight, diamonds becoming the popular gemstone with modestly-sized diamonds being presented in white gold settings in order to make them appear larger.

This ring features a brilliant cut diamond set in a white gold band. There are two additional single cut diamonds on the side.

The center stone measures 4mm round, and the estimated total diamond weight of the ring is 0.25 cts. The bridge of the band is so stunning where you see the fine craftsmanship. The setting is so beautiful with a strong box like setting for the feature diamond, making it look much larger than it really is.

This ring is hallmarked with the maker's mark. The gold is white 18K gold. The maker's mark appears to be KEEPSAKE. The band also has the model number still on the inside of the band. It is marked Keepsake 32533
