Diamond Padlock ring / Diamond Pinky ring

Well this ring will have you falling in love, the ring has a dangling padlock where one can put in a key. In the 1880s, the Victorians, obsessed with romantic symbolism, adopted locks—specifically heart-shaped padlocks—as popular tokens of love and fidelity. These were often used on "lover's bracelets" or necklaces, representing a heart "locked" to a loved one.

This diamond ring would make an amazing pinky ring, as you would see the small dangling padlock. The top of the ring is an illusion setting as it looks like a pave setting with a lot of diamonds, there are only three (3) diamonds for an estimated total carat weight of 0.03 cts.

The ring is stamped for metal purity and manufacturer's trademark. The ring is stamped 10K JLX. Unfortunately no information has been found on the manufacturer.

The top of the ring is white gold, it makes the illusion that there are more diamonds. There is also a bit of white gold on the top of the padlock. The ring shank and the back of the padlock is made out of yellow gold. The tiny padlock (it measures 5mm) is the cutest little accent on this ring.
