Antique Sapphire and Diamond Ring / Old European Cut Diamonds and Blue Sapphire / Victorian Sapphire Ring

Sapphires have a long and royal past - and this sapphire is royal worthy.

The colour is so bright and desirable in this ring. Set next to it are two old European cut diamonds.

As the name would suggest Old European Cut Diamonds were developed in Europe and popular from 1890 to 1930. This helps date the ring.

The inside of the ring is stamped for metal purity. It is marked 18K and has a "347" stamped on the side. I have not been able to identify what this signifies.

The ring is currently a size 7 US

The ring comes with an independent appraisal from Gem Scope dated July 21, 2021
